Oasis Ads Media is an affiliate network focusing on performance-based campaigns worldwide. Our parent company is Aware Ads Inc. which acts as an online marketing and development company.

  • Account Manager

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Setting up client campaigns in our tracking system and working closely with the client and internal sales team to ensure that all of the necessary creative elements are provided.
    • Assisting in the creation of, as well as filing of signed Insertion Orders (IO’s) from the sales team and ensuring that campaigns do not go live until the IO’s are signed.
    • Maintaining live campaigns, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.
    • Working with our tracking system staff to keep up to date on new system features as well as tweaking existing ones to suit our needs.
    • Weekly and monthly campaign and client reporting.
    • Working with the Finance Manager to ensure invoicing is completed weekly.
    • Creating and managing newsletters in conjunction with in-house marketing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent knowledge of online marketing, particularly CPA, CPM, CPC and CPI.
    • Excellent knowledge of software including Outlook, Excel and Word, as well as tracking system software i.e. Hitpath, Direct Track, CAKE, LinkTrust and HasOffers
    • Excellent knowledge of mobile tracking software including Adjust, Tune, Appsflyer and Grab Analytics.
    • Minimum one (1) year of basic coding experience- HTML, Javascript, iFrame, Postbacks and Image and Event pixels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven working knowledge of Email Marketing Service Providers i.e. Mail Chimp and YNot Mail.
    • The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to client questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
    • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.
    • Strong business acumen skills.
    • Proactive and helpful with a can-do attitude.
    • Minimum one (1) year of online marketing, advertising or programming experience.
    • College or University degree in a related field required.

    Compensation package includes a base salary and full benefits will be available following a probationary period.

  • Affiliate Manager

    Oasis Ads is looking for an Affiliate Manager to prospect new affiliates for our network, as well as to manage an existing book of business. Reporting to the COO, and working alongside the Oasis Ads team, the Affiliate Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Prospecting online for new affiliates, as well as managing any assigned incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your affiliate base through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your affiliates 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your affiliate base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your affiliate’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts and budgets with affiliates.
    • Monitoring affiliate performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
    • Assisting your affiliates in terms of campaign optimization, overcoming technical issues, acquiring new traffic sources, etc.
    • Travelling to trade shows in the US and/or Europe.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent knowledge of online marketing, particularly CPA, CPM and/or CPC preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of software including Outlook, Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with basic coding/HTML, Javascript, iframe and image pixels, etc. would be an asset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to affiliate questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
    • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.

  • Business Development Manager

    Oasis ads media a division of aware ads inc is a performance marketing company specializing in Cost Per Acquisition CPA marketing

    We are currently looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to work out of our Toronto office.

    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

    • Prospecting online for new advertising clients, as well as managing any assigned accounts and incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your client base and relationship building through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your advertisers 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your advertiser base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your advertiser’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts, budgets, and payment terms with advertisers.
    • Monitoring affiliate (traffic) performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
    • Develop, maintain and manage an active pipeline of accounts across a variety of verticals.
    • Monitoring your account receivables on a daily basis to ensure payments are up to date.
    • Travel to tradeshows in the US and/or Europe.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent knowledge of online software including the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with tracking system software (i.e. Hitpath, Direct Track, Cake, LinkTrust, HasOffers, etc.) is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
    • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.

    Compensation package consists of salary + commission. Benefits will be offered following a probationary period. Preference will be given to candidates with online marketing knowledge or experience.
