Here at Oasis, we like to recognize outstanding behaviour at the office. Last week, we handed out two awards: The Chirpie and The Dusty. The Chirpie is an award given out semi-daily to the employee who doles out the most or best chirps. Also appropriately named is The Dusty, which is given out on a per-need basis to the person who gets absolutely dusted, typically by suffering a crushing video game defeat. The Dusty also doubles as a handy cup where the recipient can drink up the bitter taste of defeat, which actually tastes a lot like beer.
