There’s nothing like starting a long weekend early with a makeshift Caesar bar at the office.

On the Thursday before Easter, we had the bar come to us. Complete with horseradish, celery sticks, bacon, and little pickles on little sticks, these complete Caesars were described as “glorious”, “magnificent”, and “proper”.
